This is a true hidden gem, the place is nice and clean. Very relaxing. Martin, the receptionist, is superb. He’s one of the friendliest we’ve met in our inter-Europe road trip so far!

Great hotel with wonderful views only 1/2 hour from Pisa airport. Very welcoming host and lovely staff. The hotel has an old world charm and is very relaxing. The dinner was excellent and the overall price good value

Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The villa is beautiful, people extremely kind, and the food great. The villa is located close to sights, such as Florence and Pisa, and the village itself -although small- very quaint with nice restaurants and local bar. We ve enjoyed the pool, with it s view over Tuscan landscape. The hotel does not have airconditioning, but - despite the summer high temperatures-it was cool in the rooms at night with the windows open (secured with mosquito nets). Would highly recommend!

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Cool in the summer even without A/C. It’s located up on a hill with nice evening breezes.

The beautiful villa is located near Livorno, sitting on a hill it provides breathtaking views of the local scenery making every early morning feel special. As you enter you can feel the history of this place but at the same time feel welcomed and honoured. The rooms are filled with gorgeous furniture, paintings, tall and painted ceilings accompany the outstanding image of the establishment. It is quiet, romantic and above all beautiful. The waitress lady is sometimes confused when talking in English, but she’s still very nice and welcoming. I do not think there is any food that even compares and comes close to the level of deliciousness that I had the opportunity to experience here. What seems like one chef is able to execute even the most basic dishes and make them into a masterpiece.
